Grant supports Family Advocates, who help trauma-impacted children seek justice, begin healing LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 29, 2016) – The Louisville Bar Foundation (LBF) has awarded $10,000 to Family & Children’s Place, the Louisville area’s leading agency combating  issues surrounding child abuse, with the funds to be used to support the Family Advocates program. Kentucky’s 43rd annual Kentucky School of Alcohol and Other Drug Studies (KSAODS) will be held July 17-21, 2016, at the Crowne Plaza in Louisville, Ky. Featured this year are 82 workshops and 48 presenters, including many national speakers offering insight on current topics in the field.
