Kentucky Child Welfare Services
Kentucky Child Welfare Services help keep children free from abuse/neglect through intensive in-home services, therapeutic in-home supervised visitation, family team meetings as well as comprehensive parenting assessments.
The Visitation Center
The Visitation Center provides visits for children with their parent in a safe, secure family friendly environment. Families are ordered or referred by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services for children in foster of kinship care. The Center is part of the Louisville Metro Visitation & Exchange Center funded by Metro Government with a grant from the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Dept. of Justice.
Indiana Child Welfare Services
Indiana Child Welfare Services include intensive family preservation and reunification services, pre/post adoption services and home based casework services.
